on the xe wahts better for performance between the sfi box,power cap and ecotec pipe?

iirc the ecotec pipe is the "better" of the 3, but still all woefully pants

I would say go for the SFI box.

I thought it was generally regarded as teh best all-rounder (and it doesnt make is sound more rasy than it already is!)
