I bought this Nova in December 2006 as my first car and it is an ideal first car since i have had it i have had 1 problem and that was the radiator i have now replaced that and i have alos had to put a new fan belt on as it had a slight squeek but now i have got bord and want something new even tho the car is a fantastice car to drive and to be in.
The car itself is solid, one of the few good Nova's left out there i.e. rust free boot, sills, engine bay area, slam panels etc... Only bits of rust are about 1cm of surface on the rear arches which I have touched up with Waxoil for the winter.
Last year the car underwent a complete strip down and re-build by GaryVaux of MIG having the engine bay painted, block painted, gear box painted, engine mounts painted, brake servo painted, fuel tank painted, sills rust proofed, inner front arches rust proofed amongst other things.
The engine in the vehicle has covered 34k and runs really well with good fuel consumption, cheap insurance and tax.
