xe into gsi nova

just bought cavi gsi,
got conversion kit

keep seeing things writtin bout bottem pully, as the alternator is running on that as well, so what do i do bout that?

is there anything else i need?

lookin to buy 1 that has already been done, but were do i run alternator from tho as it on the double pully?????

you only need single pulley as the double one runs power steering and alternator..
dont need p/steering

i bought mine off egay bud
shafts, disc's calipers..

got brakes, buyin full conversion kit with motorsport shafts, dunno wot cv's i need tho inners and outers?

think you gotta buy the hubs aswel then and use the cav gsi cv's.
not 100% sure.i'm gonna be using cav 1.6 inners and nova shafts

well got them then, as for alternator on the cav it sits by crossmember, on pic of it in a nova it up by driver's side strut, wot i gotta do here then?

if you have look in projects you will see that you have to do a cut out for alternator,have a look and you will see how much. this is to stop it from hitting rail..
think what your looking at is power steering pump. which is at front drivers side ..

could well be mate, didnt really look at engine had test drive off the cavi, and its rapied, it wasn't till i got home i was lookin at the history on it that its been cammed fast roads ported polised just had new hd gaskit waterpump full vauxhall service and bought it for ?250

the bloke i bought it off recons he had 153 out off it,

fink ill be addin t45's to it at a later date

i picks my gsi nova up monday evening, get it up on the axal stands poly bush it get chassis kit and seem weldin this week should only take couple of days....................i hope lol
