About to send forms of to DVLA for change of engine but can`t find the engine number. It is a 2.0 16v engine, looked where it is on all the other vaux engines, but head is covering this place. Am i looking in the right place???

Look on the front of the engine (exhaust manifold side and the number is up the side of the the bell housing.

Where were you looking mate? as i'm interested to know where another number would be. :-/

why u changing it... most peeps don't bother

the other number would be on the top of the block but the 16v isn't stamped there
