problem with my c20let engine it started to presureise the water pipes so i had the head tested and skimmed put it back together today and it is still the same so does anyone have any ideas on what it could be as i'm stuck with no car as i sold my little run aroud to have the turbo reconed with cost me ?450 today as well so i'm not having a good day and just want to get it back on the road asap

your pipes started to pressurise so you thought your head had gone? there will be pressure when the engine heats up due to air/water expanding

yes but these are solid and if i take the cap of the bottle it spits allover and throughs all the water out plus when it warms up it runs very badly

did you change the water pump and thermostat?

there is no thermostat in it and the water pump it only 6 mounth old
