made from 2x2 soild stainless bar

welded directly to the front chasis rails, then the tie rod bars are directly welded to the bar, then wrapped around the bar lol

just needs a little tidy on the other sides :thumb:

Would you not have been better off using box section rather than solid bar ??
Any better pics of where you've joined it to the chassis legs / old cross member ?

i did not destroy it, it destroied its self, with a big twang and twist, the std panels are ****e

becasue its stonger and takes more to bend!
phase 3 480amps, stainless wire and the proper gas, (forgot what its called)

That'll be interesting to see how it'll last. I bet you've got naff all penetration on the bar.
Did you get a good weld on the chassis legs?

nar its just silicon everywhere around the old panel, help stop that rust lol
