Manifold for 2lt help

right iv had cams head etc done to the engine i have got throttle bodies to go on and would like to know what exhaust manifold you guys would surgest fitting. spd, asley etc...?:confused:

What engine you got 16v/8v?

Depends how much power your going for. A std manifold is actually quite good, and will flow up to 200bhp, but any more and youll need a better one.

Ive bought an ashley manifold for use on the new engine.
