testing air flow meter

does anyone know if you car use an electirc meter to test that your air flow meter works

I beleive so. You will need to refer to Autodata books or maybe the Haynes manual.

there isnt any way of testin it other than a computer or trial an error. is the management light on?

pretty sure its in Autodata books. I used to have a print out of it for my Cav GSi.

its listed in the audo data book will get a copy for you.
also the snapon scanner can test it.
