not sure how to go bout this conversion, wanna change the cam as well,
do i take the ecu out of the car?
how do i get on about the tank and pump to the carbs?
wot do i do about the wiring as well?

the search should work...
anyhooooo
take off the ecu, wiring (bar starter, alternator, coolant temp etc), remove inlet, fit T40's inlet with carbs, fit a low pressure fuel pump and pressure reg for 3-5psi.
fitting a cam will be as per haynes instructions

get them from peter lloyd rally spares, demon theaves, maybe in a motor factor.
what do you want from the engine?

If its a early gsi(with e16se)
Just unplug the entire engine loom and ecu, and remove it.
Then you'll just need to wire 3 wires to the sr ignition coil/module for the ignition side of things.

nah its the later engine, so wot do i do now?
wot cam do you fink will work best with t40's?

Piper 285-300, or a kent ast2.
You'll need remove the dispak and fit a dizzy.
And unplug the ecu.

put a wild cam in it, im useing a kent 320 degree, its probably going to be a bit wild
