mate you got 1.2 carb, 2.0 is injection hence y you need gte/gsi tank and pump otherwish there will be no pressure to pull petrol tho on carb tank to injection motor

on gte tank you got 2 out lets and 2 inlets, carb tank 1 of each, also you gotta change all petrol hoseing as well as it wont stand the pressure of the injection

1.2 rads are the same size/capacity as the gte's/ gsi's.

Only 1.0's are smaller and need changing.

Wouldnt have thought a cav rad would fit, just stick with the 1.2 one.

According to a radiator supplier I tried a while back they have two sizes one for 1.0 and one for a 1.2-1.6.

Im running a 1.6 on its original 1.2 radiator and its fine, never overheats.

Yep nova GSi/GTE/SRi tanks have swirl pots to prevnet fuel surge whilst heavy corner or braking. It basiclly there to keep fuel pumping up the lines with out a dry spot. The GSi/GTE/SRi rads are the same all the rest of are differnt, im not saying there is a right or a wrong one its your call.
