many moons ago i had a play with an 8v Calibra of a freinds, and was stuck on his in my SR lol so i bet eco-tec's are uber pants lol :D

I wouldn`t say they were `rubish` engines, there just designed for efficiently.

FFS the ecotec engine isnt bad.

its mainly restricted with the cat, and other emissions standards... take all that off and they are nearly on a level playing field.

if the engine was called "mega power" youd all love it even though as std its down on power to the xe...... pull your heads out of your ****s.
