brakes

Brakes arent working very well at the moment, The do not screech or squeel or vibrate but they take a while to stop the car. Would the best thing to do first be bleed the system? and then change the pads?

Id check that the pads dont need changing 1st tbh..Whats the point in bleeding the brakes to then find out that your pads are on the metal?
