Is it possible to have the astra GTE 16v driveshafts shortend at the outter ends and then re-splined to fit the nova cv joints???

yes, but it is cheaper to buy them ready done

and I wouldn't go with cut and shut driveshafts, they are likely to break.
If you get them from Just Nova's he gauarantees them up to 200bhp.
:D:D 2.0l 8v. It actually works !!!! :D:D

you cant guarantee them at all unless you buy the kit that uses astra inner and outer cv's by changing the hub thingy. my mates boggo 16v engine has stripped 2 of the short shafts and thats a 150bhp if hes lucky coz engine is 10 year old
