Use the 16v engine wiring loom and just solder it into the car harness, easy 6 wires max,

Not sure on the using the fuel pump, think It only runs at 1 bar, I know you can get uprated in tank pumps though,

I think Ste ran his 16v on a 1.2i pump,
Ste?

i run mine ona 2litre 16v pump and a boggo 1400sr tank, it does suffer like this and as you get to around 1/4 of a tank there just aint much power. filled with juice goes like a rocket.
dont matter much coz i is putting twin 48's on tomorrow any how so only need about 3-7psi which sr tank can handle.

alternativley you could fit a swirl pot i think, not sure like but someone told me about, might have been talking crap though.
