Whats the best way to get the old paint off a petrol tank and what a good paint to paint it with cheers

wire brush + elbow grease = result :thumb:

wire brush then hammerite smooth paint

Lots of degreaser & wire brush on a drill

Treated it with Hammerite Ku-Rust then gave it a lick of Hammerite Smooth Silver
