Fitting a bonnet. Hard?

How hard is it too remove and fit a bonnet?
Im not even gonna bother reading the haynes after the crap instructions it gave on changing the waterpump. anybody gonna give me a quick guide. is it as simple as unbolt something and the bolt the new one on?

what about fitting a mk 1 bonnet to a mk 2 car (hinges the same??)

hinges and bonnets are all the same, just try to get bolts back on the old marks

dont work like that

as diff years would have had the hinges in a slightly diffrent place due to Q control

if you replace a front end on a nova its normaly a good bet to get the wings lined up with the headlights/indicators 1st and then do the bonnet to match
