17's on a nova help!

am thinkning of buying a set of 17 inch kahn's which r on a nova at mo but the car has had the arches fleared the tyres are 205/40/17 could someone please tell me the best way to fit them and how to go about it

You'll either have to flare your arches to match the car theyre coming off, or buy some 17's with the correct offset.

Due to nova blister arches, the rears are a pain in the ass, so id always suggest getting a panel beater to do it. 9 times out of 10, if you do it yourself, you'll crack the paint and have to have the rear quarter resprayed.

The best option is to shop for the correct wheel, then you dont have to do any flaring, just a bit of lip grinding possibly.

Hi mate ive got 17's on my nova they are 49et offset and fit like a dream the rear arches have to be rolled abit i have found with mine

but no flaring was required well what i think im gonna have to do is try um on see what there like

Go for some 7x17 mim raffino's instead, fit perfectly on nova & look a lot like the kahn 5 spoke wheels ;)

thanks for all the advise. settled on a set of tigra 15's which r now on the car and gonna lower it 40-60mm when i have the dosh.

oh and they are the right offset ET49 so not even any arch rolling required
