Well it seems to be the way loads of people do it so why not follow them!
But if the shocks are worn out you'll be in for a bouncy ride.
Get some nice uprated gas ones on for tighter handling&smoother ride.
Oh and car will prob be lowwer than -60mm if shocks even just a bit worn out as mine almost hit the floor over small lumps in the road at high speed(the M25@90+ to southend, ouch in places)

:D

I did just the -60mm springs and seemed to ware out everthing like ball joints, trackrod ends and wheel barings out lots quicker as you have v-little damping to get rid of those big bangs for sunk drains&pot holes.

But why not go with the flow

Or you arches will need a bit of work on the rear or you'll have a load of rubbing

dont do it, every bump will b like 'bang bang' (your shocks bottoming out)

i've got -40mm Puma springs from Larkspeed, ?55 for 4

theyseem to drop about 50mm though?! anyway, enuff of a drop for me...as when i have 2 passengers it's lowered 60+mm anyway...
