Im gonna geat my engine rebuilt im going for 330 brake or more what parts would i need to be safe at this spec prices need the info as going to put the engine in next month cheers

forged pistons, forged conrods, basically fully forged internals safe fopr upto 600 BHP or summink like that ive read sumware

A big turbo, and suitable manifold, steel rods, Z20let head gasket, bigger injectors, under piston oil squirters.

Dont actually need any of that but i would suggest it. You could just rebuild it to standard and then use a 150bhp shot of nitrous.

internals are forged as standard, im running a compression ratio of 7.9:1 which is a fair bit lower than standard.

Whats the prices on these bits then will the standard rods hold that much brake then and i bought the engine and just wanted it checked out but why its in there might aswell get some new bits cheers peeps
