Nova - Running Rough/Missing

My Nova is running slightly rough

I put a new Dizzy-Cap and Rotar-Arm in thinking it would cure the problem, but it didn't

Sounds like a 3-Cylinder Nova sometimes and the whole car shakes about..

Anyone any ideas what could be up with it??

Leads?

don't know mate -- i think i'll get a whole new set of plugs

then give it a full service

and see if that works??

Mine does it all the time when its cold, its fine as soon as its been running for 5 minutes or so though.

There was a fair bit of smoke coming from the exhaust as well this morning..

mine shaked about alot and had alot of smoke when the head gasket went

my nova will recover -- its not all the time it starts missing or running rough

back to the head-gasket thing

apart from the things mentioned above -- what are the other signs to show that the gasket is away??

Found out it needs new Spark Plugs :)

A cheap easy fix :)
