Yes, you can fit them to almost any engine, but you'll need an inlet manifold to suit your head - can you get them for a 1.2 though, not sure if the 1.3 jobbie would fit.

Wouldn't have thought they'd give that much of a gain on a 1.2 either, and for the cost of buying, installing and tuning them properly you'd probably be best spending a little bit extra and at least buying a 1.3 or larger engine. Plenty of 1.3 inlet manifolds knocking around cheap too.

The weber would fit the 1.2 but you would need to use the 1.3 inlet manifold and an adapter plate. With a "performance" cam you'll notice an increase in power.

Hi,

you can use the 1.3 inlet manifold (DB1300VT is the number of it) but you
have to work on the inlet channels of the manifold.
If i'm not wrong, the 1.3 inlet has round channels and the C12NZ ones
are nearly rectangular.
But you can work with a file on it, thats the way we solve such probs :thumb:

You are right, but a 1.2 with a manual choke means its a carb model (12ST usually), so the ports are the same as the 1300 ones.

Oh, I'm sorry, didn't get that fact
