uprated valve springs

i was just wondering, does anyone know where i could get uprated valve springs for a gsi 8v, do alot of people do this and has anyone got any feedback? thanks.

i bought a set of piper single springs from demon tweeks, but i dont think they make any difference unless your taking your engine pass 8k. and i dont think many on here use them anyway because std ones cope fine
