Quick Question (Tensioner)

After having a chat with a mechanic mate of mine he mentioned that the tensioners could also be making a noise.

Now completely different mechanic mate thats heard the car said that its the water pump. Im going to get the cam belt and water pump changed and now im thinking about also changing the tensioners on the engine too just to make sure that everything gets done and is eliminated from future services.

What would be an approx price for cam belt tensioners on a '85 1.2 carb? Would it be an inexpensive part?

And theres me feeling stupid telling them that there is not a seperate tensioner, many people thinking it in terms of the ones you get on 16v engines.

I thought that when changing the cam belt nothing else gets changed.
