hiya need help plz!!

right i just changd my rad and thought the water "drinking" problem would go away...apparently not!
i looked underthe bonnet and there is a strip of water on the left hanmd side right by the water pump and warter is either gettin under the head where it is common to corrode or its just fcuked!

help! it looks like some **** tipped baileys in the oil!
is it cracked or has the actual gasket gone!??...could it have corroded??
finally.....how much for a new water pump?
ive been quoted ?150 for the gasket change with skimming and everything thats pretty good isnt it?

normaly when the water pump goes, it really goes quite spectaculary

there is normaly a drainage hole drilled into the waterpump casing so when the seals go it dumps the water.

i asume ?150 is for the headgasket change?

should cost you about ?20 for a head gasket, ?10 for new head bolts and about ?25 for a head skim chuck in ?20 for the head to get preasure tested to make sure it isnt porus/cracked

do the work yourself and you will save sum money.
