Window Washer Jets

My window washer jets are spraying whenever they feel like it, and it goes on until the bottle empties, so my water bottle is constantly empty! Help me cos sometimes i cant see out of my windscreen! HELP!! cheers

Sounds as if dampness has got into your washer motor/surrounding connections, or your wiper switch is knackered.

Change the wiper stalk? Is the motor actually running?

id say at a guess the motors ARE running if its spraying everywhere.
Have u done any electrical work on the car, either around the wiper switch or the pump itself? its not the pump thats knackered, its either relay or the wiring

Yeh u can still hear it trying to spray water if u listen, havn't really done anything to the car electrical. Dont know if this is how it is meant to be, but if i pull the right stalk to spray water and make the wiper automatically wipe for 5-6 times, the wiper never stops until i click it backwards towards the windscreen if u like (it doesn't stick forward all the way it goes back to the original position, but there are 2 positions, does that make sense?)

change the stalk
