a 60 mm drop will be fine with the right tyres. if you've had your arches rolled, easy as ABC

ull never get them on without major grief mate
if you have a mk2 then then u will probably have to cut all the lip off and try to flare the metal out a bit
mk1 novas would need camber adjustment on the rear axle to squeeze em under. u would also have to shell out for sum 195/45/16 tyres which are pricey

Listen to your uncle Jimbo m8

I put 16"x7" monza's wid 195's on me nova so I know what you need to do!!!!!!!

First grind the front lip off.
Second take big lump hammer and fold and flare your rear arches to clear, Note I have 45mm offset and I have 5mm spacers to clear inner arches/shocks. So 42mm might be ok?
Third use filler etc to repair the "rippled" rear arches and repaint.

Job's a good 'un!
