Are these GSI skirts?

Hi just to confirm because i don't know about them much and neither does the guy selling them but are these GSI skirts?? need to know A.S.A.P the guy lives close to me so could buy them soon ..

only had a breif look but i think they are GSI items but i think he has bonded the fins to the sill section, dont know if this halps but hey
