Could get away with ET45 also, and no wider than 7" rims.

can ALSO get away with ET38 :thumb: and have no problems at all ;) and IMHO it handles a lot better too

et49mm

Is that why the standard ronel 3 spoke wheels that came on novas were et47?

lol lol lol

ive always been led to believe the correct offset is 49mm, im not gonna argue with you, as you seem more bothered about it than i am!!

Nah im not arguing,

As said the standard ronel's were et47.5 iirc and if your going for bigger wheels then you need about et45 so the inner of the wheel dosent rub on the rear strut.

Its not all about offset it depends on how much the car is lowered etc, wether the arches have been trimmed/rolled.

As said you can get away with et38's just wont do your wheel bearing much kop.

PMSL, ive never actually had a std set of nova wheels.

But i know the manufacturer is Ronal

Just always been told ET49 is optimum

Most GM wheels are et49, like i said just depends on the drop width etc not just offset.
