Yep.
The exhaust valves are sodium filled because of the extra heat.
Cams are different too.
Same apart from that.

so if i change the valves and cams it will fit

physcailly it will fit, but you need to check the compression ratio will remain the same. Id be willing to bet that the XE head on a std LET bottom end would raise the CR too high for the std ecu to cope with.
