how hard are boots on hatchbacks to take off/fit?

how do you go about fitting them?

Lift boot up, remove gas strut(whilst holding the boot as its heavy,Lol)
Remove heated element connectors.

Remove the two pins holding the hinges.

do t forget the wireing, if you got rear wiper etc ;)
