i want to fit bucket seats to my nova but keep the sliding sub-frames. anyone have a clue how to do this.

just be careful when drilling in the new subframes cos its likely that ure gonna be close the the fuel and brake lines...

not sure but... i was going to keep the nova subframes and fit the sliding bit inbetween the seat and frame
p.s. i think you can only have sliders with base mounting seats

I modified nova ones to fit, the recaro type seats have the best type to modify.

I modified Nova 1's using some inch by inch box section which i welded to the old frame. Works fine but I found that the seats are a bit higher in the car than I'd prefer

yeah i heard peeps say the standard nova ones could be used and it was just a case of bolting new new seats to nova subframes but when i looked at the bottoms of the seats i couldnt figure how it was done.
