wat mods to do while the heads off??

well sum of u mite know already, i got the head of my 1.4sr. Wat mods could i do while the heads of bearin in mind i already got a shrick cam/uprated springs,blydestien head. i cant fink of wat else can be done to increase performance, was fnkin of gettin a uprated head gasket but courtnay said dont bother. Any ideas would be helfull cheers

bore it to a 2.5 V6 ;)

good idea but y stop at a 2.5 though mite as well bore it to a straight 6 v6 engine sure that could be done to a 1.4 block lol. p.s i dont wanna get the block out just mod it, how stands at the mo.

not really got anything to do with the head but while you'ven got the bonet open you could put one of theose nice alloy oil filter covers on. :D

There isn't anything you can do without pulling the block out.
Just get it very very clean esp. the bores!

polish the ports and clean the valves ect would good if it's not already been

get some one to skim the head, take out the valves and clean off the carbon, this will cause your car to be more responsive when you put your foot down, i should know i did that to my 1.4 SR two weeks ago with good results.
