Urgent-Anyone got a comp tester i could lend-S-o-T area

Anyone in stoke got a tester i could for a minute or 5?

Kind of urgent, really need the car for this saturday. :(:(

get ur sen t halfords i got 1 for about 9.99 then you wont have to ask for one in future altho no help if youve got no way of gettin there lol

maybe you could make one up eg sparkplug with ceramic bit removed weld scrader valve from a inner tube or where ever you can get one to it then use a tyre pressure checker on it while some on turns it over food for thought if you cant get you hands on a compression tester

Lol and i have push in type too. Can't you hold it in well enought to get an accurate reading?

I might have a go with the push in type.

Hmm, on me own atm, cranking the engine, holding the throttle open and holding the compression tester might be a bit difficult, unless i grow another arm. lol
Will have to wait till my dad gets in,Lol.
