1.2 into 1.0. wiring???

1.2ohc into 1.0 nova, it is turning over and starting but i need to keep the ignition pressed to kepp her goin or else she dies, is it something got to do with a constant live or something, any suggestions at all will be welcomed thanks

Run a "proper" Ignition live to the 1.2 ignition coil.
That'll probably sort your problems :)
