the injection block has a crank sensor on the oil pump, you could always change the oil pumps round?
Nope i'm sure the pistons are deffo different, se pistons are deeply dished in a kidney shape, wheras sr isn't. Prove me wrong!

Its a different compression block.
A SR block would "work" fine tho...
