Anyone know what this is (electrics)

as title says what is this? its on a circuit board for an old system 90 vauxhall alarm the alarm is a bit dodgy and doesnt arm/diarm when ya tell it to lol when i fiddle with it move it a bit it will arm the alarm and disarm it when i fiddle some more with it bearing in mind it is soldered in place and does not move much at all anyway what is it lol

That blue thing is a relay.

Yup, tis a switching relay, probably that thats faulty as i would imahine it switches the bleeper signal into the output voltage.

Buy a new one

thanks alot i thought it was a relay but just double checking and is the part number the second line from the top? im sure there quite easy to get hold of
