how do you go about insuring a 2.0 16v nova without an engineers report.????

Find an insurance company that don't require one lol

Or, just take it to a garage and get a mechanic to give it a looksee.

Adrian Flux.

Brentacre couldn't match them last year, but i'm an old duffer at 33, but had to start my insurance over again as I lost my full no claims for not having my own insurance policy for 3 years!!!

Last year was ?566 TPFT, renewal this year was ?424, didn't take it out though as it's going on to the track.

Your Brentacre quote ain't too bad though, flux asked me who did the mods and i said me...that seemed to be enough for them.

Flux customer service can be a real PITA though, and don't forget they'll happily auto-renew without telling you....

Razor,

I managed to axtually be bothered to read the renewal paperwork 6 days before they were going to auto renew!! htey want 5 days notice to cancel, there has to be a law against that kind of thing!

I'm out of it now. Any ideas on the best company to cover multiple family cars, ideally want to cover Seat alhambra as familiy car 10k per year, Integrale as limited and Nova for drivin to track, i.e. uber limited with 3rd party only?

Cheers, Dave
