anoying speedo cable help..

have recently put a x14xe into my corsa from a tigra, as it was a 10xe.:thumb: and had 2 convert it to cable rather than electronic speedometer. and im on my 3rd cable now! they are noisey and keep on snaping! does any 1 know the correct root in a corsa b for the cable. (as its going through with loom on driverside foot well!) or some info on converting to elec again! thanx :)

it should go through the bulk head just above the clutch pedal iirc, if it was electronic type then it might not have the hole there for it to go through. If your putting it down with the loom thats why its snapping as thats definately to far to take it.
