Front panel/cross member

Steering has been feeling a bit dodgy on my other half's TD recently which I had put down to some worn suspension bushes which I was planning to change soon. However I went to drive the car yesterday and there was a nasty knocking, had a look underneath and the n/s tie bar has ripped itself off the crossmember :eek:

So I don't suppose anyway has a complete front panel with cross member laying around? Or can recommend a decent place to get a cheap one from?
