should the spring be lose on the shock ???? i have fitted then when i jack the car up the spring ratalls around is that how it is ???

All depends how low you have them set mate, if they set really low they do drop when you jack it up

yep like said it depends how they are set height wise, if they are crazy low then they will just flop around when not under load.
