being as the weather was ace today, i though a bit of mincing was on the cards :D

Cue some satin black paint (thanks Baxter :thumb:), and 2 can of clear lacquer :D

its the same satin black that baxter used to spray the pickup, then just 2 coats of normal Halfrauds lacquer :D

ah, ive got GSi door cars, black door release handles, black syll trim panels, carbon rear qaurter trims an the boot triming is ALL black and been re-carpeted :thumb:

good luck, meh you wont need it for the spraying!

You'll need it for the process of getting the dash back in without fcuking it up tho :thumb:

yeah just one can, BUT its special paint that has 39psi in the can instead of Halfruads 8psi or whatever they have :thumb: 500ml can i used

oooooooo i though you meant the spraying it lol

it WILL take two poeple to get the dash back in without damaging it! But mine had 2 coats of lacquer so stood up quite well tbh

well, my sister and her fiance were down from Bristol, so i collared him into helping me re-fit it!

Its half in, speedo is out due to re-wire work, will get a pic in a mo :thumb:

Thats strange i did exacly the same thing myself! took it all out and got it in the garden... one tin of satin black on the dash itself and one tin of black gloss on the plastic bits, the result...

i forgot the time and couldn`t get any lacquer, so ill have to do this tonight.. i managed to get it back in myself with no damage :D
