Solid lifters. Ive lost count of the number of people who come up to me when its running, and go 'sounds a bit tappety mate' PMSL.

Theres definately a shim off though, you can hear it on the comedown. Not too bothered about that for now.

sounds good mate what sort of power you lookin at with that set up

Currently runs approx 190bhp. SHould squeeze about 210 - 220 out of current setup, it will get a map this year at some point, although i am looking for about 250bhp next winter by adding some steel rods and new cams, and upping the rev limit a tad :D
