Re-Shelling My XE

right some people may no the cars i've had a mint shell and a recent 2ltr xe never got round to selling the mint 1! lucky because hit someone up the **** on sunday n wrote my xe off! So started stripping monday got both engines out head off the xe(head gasket was going) and have started seem welding up my bay didn't get any piccys of yesterdays work but have tonight will let ya no the progress 2moz nite hoping to b bk on the road middle or early nxt week

no pics 2nite but finished welding up the bay 2night head is bk on the block shame the only thing we forgot head bolts so head is jst held in by the old 1's for now getting some saturday 2moz is gonna b finshing the bay painting etc then gotta braek till tuesday when hopefully engine will b going in!

The inner wings only need to be stitch welded, not completely welded up..

Didn't do anywork over the long weekend girlfriend was moaning anyway got the engine back together tonight already to put in the newly sprayed engine bay so hopefully 2mozs piccys will b the finished product minus the connecting up and test drive can't wait!!

right as u can c i havn't posted 4 like 3 months lol because i've a van n didn't need the xe bk on the road quickly the xe is nearly done gotta connect the gear linkage rev counter n a genral tidy up! i need a throttle cable tho anyone help pm me if you can !!
