what fuel tank has an in tank pump? MPi or SPi?

Pretty much called the same as old carb novas were called.

Theres spi nova merits, spin, luxe etc.
If its J-plate it will 80% be spi, k-reg and 95% be spi.

If its slow as funk, its prolly an SPi.

ooo funk it, my shell is a Spin shell an i chucked what must have been an SPi tank away when i fitted my SR engine last year

sri had an external pump, hey i had 2 put a new tank in my sri, an the tank i got cam with a hole on the top, an six wee threaded hole like for a sender unit, did the gsi hav an internal pump or wat? lol

The six threaded holes were for a intank pump if on the top.
Only spi nova had internal pumps. GSi,gte,sri were all external.

aw riter kk, well the box said 1.3 to 1.6 inj, so i ahd to make a plate to block the top of the tank lol

right, got a fuel tank, with an in tank something!

Theres a circular panel, held in with 5 8mm bolts, took it out, theres a fuel level gauge connected to it, and a long brass tube going to an in tank filter, BUT none of the components looked like a pump???

On top?
Or the side?

Intank pump is ontop of the tank.

i was 99.9% sure it was a sender unit lol

meh gotta find me a fuel pump aswell now :(
