SR steelies are 14" aren't they ? if they are then 16v brakes fit behind them as far as i know.

with 13s you'll have to stick with the crap nova brakes

Nova/Corsa GSi brakes, done me fine for years!

Or get some 15's if your budget will stretch and get some Calibra 256mm's

its not about money, i just want to keep the car looking standard with the trims and steels.!!!

maybe look for some decent discs and pads if there are no decent calipers i an get to fit behind the wheels!

236mm Nova GSi parts then, there vented as oppose to SR solid disc's, an have those funny spring calipers instead of those crappy pin calipers that seize up

oh well, back to the drawing board!
i have some 3 spokes but they are only 5" wide. i might have a look into tyre options for them and see if i can get some road legal slicks/half-slicks.

You can get Eagle F1's to fit the 3 spokes :).

175/65/14 is that the standard size from the factory for the 3 spokes?

the 236*20mm nova GSI/SRI brakes DO fit behind 13" rims.

for pads i recomend Mintex M1144's and std discs. do not get drilled discs, they are ghey, grooved is ok though.

I found some 13" softstars that would take a 6" wide tyre for track use. but it was a hard search after messing about with VW wheels etc.

Bog standard 13x4.5 wheels so not fit over GSi calipers with 236x20 discs, 5 inch wide steelies, the SR items do though. I agree with the MIntex choice as well for the GSi calipers, damn fine pads for road use.:thumb:

grovved stop glazing my have drilled disk to add cooling when you have vented disk in first place. if your brakes are getting that hot you must have some carlollollol:tard:
