im going to buy some red dot 6 groove disks, braided hoses and high performance pads+ brake fuild for bout ?150. do u think its work it?

depends if there the 2.0 16v astra gte calipers :-/

get aeroquip hoses, as the goodrich ones arent that good. Although saying that the hoses will cost yer entire budget lol

Its only worth it if your very very heavy on the brakes, and if the car weighs a few ton. I can obtain the brake force/requirements formula if need be :)

i wouldnt bother with braided hoses, purely for making the brakes feel nicer, rather than make them more effective.

Just make sure there the 16v callipers

What's the difference with the 16V Callipers?

All GTE's (8v and 16V) of about 88 for example have the same brakes don't they?
They both have the larger, 10.1in dia. disks. but are the callipers them selves different?

year wot is the main difference cause i can't fine any 16v in scrapy up in sheffield or at home in mk!

Could you used the ones off a 20. 16v cav a M-plate or are these different again and not as good/better?
