hi, i have a nova 1.2 spi and im dropping an sri engine into it and i know the spi pump isnt sufficient to supply the sri engine with enough fuel so i was wundering if anyone knew if any other vauxs have a internal pump the same size that i could just bolt into the tank in place of the spi pump that would be good enough to fuel the sri motor

thanks matt

Corsa mpi pump
Mk3 astra mpi
Vectra etc

Theres quite a few.

You have to fit the Mpi pump into the spi pump housing.

Is the 1200 spi pump that short of capacity ??

This might explain a fuel starvation problem i've been having in my rally motor and couldn't trace even tho I had swopped spi pumps .

Is fitting the mpi pump to the spi housing a difficult job??

the SPi's run at about 1/4 of the pressure required for the MPi system.

It will run ok on about 1/4 throttle lol
