hi please help, got an e reg 1300 sr, prob is when been running for while it suddenly struggles to rev with foot flat on pedal if ya stop and accelerate through it it eventually goes n also water is disapearing no hoses r leaking, please please please help:mad: :cry:

water disappearing but no leaking points me to the head gasket or a crack in the head/block.

as for running like a sack of ****, its the pierburg carb on it, you can try taking it to pieces, cleaning everything up and putting it back on, if that doesnt workthen a weber 32/34 will cure that

as sirnixalot says sounds like gasket or block failure. the problems associated with this will get worse the hotter the engine gets.

The gastket will have gone between a water gallery and a cylinder. Problem is water is not compressable so it will crack the head or the block eventually. Mine cracked the block just trying to start it when this happened last year.
