strengthening kit

whats the general concensus on these kits from HH. I have heard different opinions about them and was thinking of getting one for our conversion. also how much is the kit??

Comp. boys use them and they don't usually feck about wiv stuff that's no good.

The ckit is about ?90 and the diagram that comes with the kit is crap! I have one on my 2ltr and so does John and Ian. Rick

anyone used their 20ltr ithout and then had it fitted? if so did you notice any differences in the car?

Nick Caro did i believe but i am not sure about anyone else. Ste has not got 1 fitted at all. Rick

I got mine for ?77 from them (without P&P probably)

Apparently, u need the kit fotted, cos I have heard a few stories of the engine bay coming loose, gaps creeping in between the joints cos cant hack the weight and pressure the bigger engine puts on the car...
I say its worth doing, and it makes the front end more rigid.

Originally designed for standard Novas anyway, but people are using it for engine conversions ...it all helps!

it doesn't help in areas affected by the 2.0 16v conversion

16v Nova - Toolkit, Trouble, Points and great expence all come as standard :)

2.0 16v back soon :D
