Arches -17's - How low?

Modified my rear arch, cut a bit away ...it looks alright. no prob with that.
garage blokey left the lip on there for strengthening purpose if anybody hits into me ...it aint gonna rub as he has modified it in another way.

my front arch ...does it really need the lip rolled on this??
And whats the lowest I can go on a GSi ??
I have a Spax PSX ride front adjustables, with 35mm drop I think?
Can I go 60mm?? (front & rear) ...with what springs??
